Marshmallow Sea in the Flower Kitchen

A demonstration workshop on creating floral arrangements from... marshmallow will take place on August 24 at 3:30 p.m. in the Flower Kitchen (Pavilion No. 75, Hall B). Pastry-cook Valeria Vednikova, the founder and the owner of Zefirnoye More (Marshmallow Sea) dessert laboratory, will share some secrets of marshmallow floristry.

Valeria has been creating sweets for more than four years already—true marshmallow orchard houses made of fruits, berries, spices, herbs; bake delicious cupcakes and teach fans of marshmallow to cook it in an unusual manner. “More than ever I’m convinced that marshmallow as I cook it stands out completely. It’s lively and delicate. Marshmallow flowers are not just beautiful, but also delicious!”
During the Marshmallow Sea workshop Valeria will share nuances of cooking natural and exquisite desserts and show how to cook hydrangeas and roses from marshmallow. Imagine all the amazing aromas in the air!
